We had a wonderful time at your B&B! It was our first time staying at one and we enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness your setting provided. Your attention to detail and making everyone feel apart of "your family" is to be commended. We recommend your chocolate-covered strawberries as a great way to begin the stay. Even though it was cold, we had a blast seeing Looking Glass Falls and hiking in the snow of the Pisgah National Forest. Thanks again for all your suggestions from places to eat to places to visit. This was our first Christmas spent together. What a memory to make! Spending the holiday at Brookside was so special for us. the only thing more amazing than the view of the mountains was the food! My first time in a bed and breakfast. It was a real delight. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, the grounds are very nice. We loved the swing in the back. We were about ready to try the hammock but the rain prevented us. The beds were very comfortable, the fireplace a nice touch. You overwhelmed us with delicious cookies, cake and awesome breakfasts. I know others will enjoy your warm hospitality as much as we did.
