Weddings & Vow Renewals

Innkeepers Bill & Mary happily help you celebrate your vows and other special occasions. Our inn accommodates up to 14 overnight guests. You’re welcome to invite family, friends, and other loved ones to our North Carolina venue. We specialize in providing small weddings with no more than 14 people including couple being married.

The Elopement & Vow Renewals

The Elopement Package and Vow Renewal packages starting at only $625; includes a ceremony with just the couple being married. It’s perfect for those who want a private, personal ceremony without all the expense and fuss of a larger event. It is also ideal for elopements and vow renewals. A 2-night stay in one of our King-Sized Suites is required.

Elopement and vow renewals are for celebrants plus your choice of witnesses.  It is a very personal experience with a 2 night stay  in one of our King-Sized Suites required.  Call if you want to change that to a larger group of friends or family with a whole house rental; limited to an additional 12 guests.  Catering is extra. Elopement Packages with more than 4 total participants requires a Whole House Rental. Call for Quote.

Truly Intimate Wedding Package

Truly Intimate Wedding Packages, priced according to season, start at $2,430. This is ideal for those wanting a few friends and family with them to celebrate their special day. Intimate weddings are limited to celebrants and 12 additional guests.  Requires a 2-night stay, but we suggest a 3-night stay considering everything that needs to be coordinated.  Catering is extra. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The Intimate Wedding Package requires a Whole House Rental. Due to our small size, an intimate wedding at our venue would be too intrusive and disruptive to other guests staying at the Inn.  Thus, by booking the entire Inn, you have much more flexibility regarding the structure, timing and content of your special day.  9-weeks notice is required. We require a fifty percent deposit at time of booking.  Please allow us 5 days to provide a Quote unless otherwise necessary to fit your needs.

Intimate Celebrations

We host small parties for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and bridal showers at our Inn. Accordingly, the price for these events depends on what amenities and services are requested. Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers do not include cost of catering.

Limited to 18 plus the guest of honor.  6 weeks notice required for the event, with a 50% deposit at time of booking. Please all us 5 days to provide a quote unless otherwise necessary to fit your time frame.

For an extra fee, we will coordinate party elements, such as balloons, festive cakes, floral arrangements, and more. Moreover, we suggest party decor ideas and event themes, depending upon the special occasion.

For example, there are various delightful baby shower themes. You may select the event colors at our venue. For instance, wedding anniversary party colors can be based on the number of years the couple has been married. Thus, we’re flexible and accommodate your preferences. 

Luncheons

Box lunches, luncheons, & other gatherings for up to 20 guests, are ideal for small clubs, including nonprofit groups and book clubs. Outdoor seating is available, based on the weather. The time frame begins at 10:30 a.m. and lasts until 3:00 p.m.  Box lunch contents will be determined upon Quote with your designated group liaison.

Complimentary beverages include coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. 4 weeks notice is preferred for the event, with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Please allow us 5 days to provide a quote, unless otherwise necessary to fit your time frame. Outdoor seating is available, based on the weather.
